New technology makes cellular offices fully functional

One of the main benefits of newer technology is mobility, and mobility means the ability to work in more places. Since the discovery of a topping computer, there are many developing devices that allow people to work when and where they want. Of course the laptop computer is the first. Even the most primitive can allow people to write and work with spreadsheets in the park or at the airport, as well as the office of the doctor’s office, at home, or even sit in their car. Not too long for portable printers to come who can go with a laptop computer. This really opens the possibility for professionals while traveling. For example, a portable printer means that an electrician, TV installer, and other service people can only enter information on the computer in their vehicle and then print the invoice at that time and there to submit to the client. This means there is no messy writing, not long waiting, and basically there is no problem when it arrives at accountability (and there is no surprise when the bill comes later!). Of course, now we have many ways to complete work when we are far from the office.

Laptop computers can now stay in touch with offices and around the world using hot spot Wi-Fi and even G3 networks that can provide internet access and miles of miles from the transmitter! This type of technology has shrunk to portable devices such as Blackberry and other called smart phones that allow us to stay in touch and work even in places that we should not like the bathroom, a small league game, dining table,, PTA meeting, Bar mitzvah, church, playground, wedding, and funeral.

As a result, all the devices and types of different technologies have been combined to make the office that we can bring wherever we go. There is always one piece of lost office equipment: scanner. The scanner is great for archiving invoices, photos, and various other documents. The main problem with bringing a scanner along with your laptop computer and your portable printer is the fact that the scanner is very large.

Now there is an alternative in the form of a special type of scanner which is basically a long cylinder on the paper width of a standard letter. The scanner is fully independent with a minimum of eight megabytes and a maximum of two hundred fifty six megabytes of storage capacity. It comes with integrated control that allows you to choose scan resolution, and a more sophisticated model can even use text recognition software to convert scanned text into text that can be edited in the word processing program! Basically, the scanner scan page just rolled along the page. After the image is loaded into the scanner memory, then it can be uploaded to the computer via a USB connection.
